R45 per home on the monthly levy, against R30,000 a month for a single guard post.
For a 300-unit estate, that’s R13,500 a month.

Contractor company console
R250per company, per month
Billed to the contractor company, not the estate. One console for the company’s teams at the estates it works at.

How is the monthly fee worked out?
Units on the estate × R45 a month, with a minimum of R899 per estate. A 300-unit estate pays R13,500 a month. Because levies are already charged per unit, it drops straight into the levy schedule.
Do residents pay anything?
No. The estate plan covers every home on the estate, and residents use the app as part of it.
Who pays for the contractor company console?
The contractor company does, at R250 a month. It is billed to them, not added to the estate’s bill.
Do we need hardware at the gate?
No. Scanning works on the phones people already carry, so there is nothing to install at the gate.
What do the add-ons cost?
Guest mode, events and venues, and property are priced separately. Ask us and we’ll quote for your estate.
What does onboarding include?
We capture your estate’s structure, import the unit register, onboard your contractor companies, train your admins, run a launch evening for residents, do your first badge print run and give you the POPIA pack.
